Job summary

Majik Rent To Own is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple stores across the district, driving KPIs, profits, and customer retention. You will coach Store Managers, develop actionable plans, and ensure stores meet budgets and strategic goals through effective staffing, scheduling, and process discipline.

Travel between stores is expected to ensure consistent execution, training, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven record of hitting sales, profit, and collections or account-retention goals.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, evaluating, and documenting performance for managers or supervisors.
• Strong working knowledge of P&L statements, budgets, payroll, and inventory controls.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own district results, including net profit, customers versus budget, weekly expected versus budget, and payroll.
• Review each store's results against budget and set actions to close gaps.
• Report key store metrics and improvement plans to leadership.
• Coach Store Managers to make staffing, scheduling, inventory, sales, and retention decisions.
• Ensure staff planning and payroll records are accurate and compliant.
