Job summary

Rally House is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple stores, develop Head Coaches, and drive district-level sales and financial results. You will identify opportunities, address challenges, and provide clear direction to elevate performance across all locations.

Responsibilities span people, operations, and service, including building leadership pipelines, setting priorities, ensuring SOP adherence, and championing the Party service model across the district.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Store Management experience required.
• 1-2 years of multi-store management experience preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability.

Responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches.
• Build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline across the district.
• Lead talent calibration, hiring decisions, and development plans.
• Set district priorities and ensure consistent SOP execution across stores.
• Drive district-level accountability to cleanliness and organization standards.
• Champion the Party service model across all stores in the district.
