Job summary

BeMobile, Inc. is seeking a District Leader to guide multiple retail locations, drive performance, and develop leaders within the district. The role requires hands-on leadership, regular travel between stores, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach store leaders, analyze district metrics, and implement strategies to meet sales, service, and operational goals while maintaining a high-standard store environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading multiple retail locations within wireless/telecom or related industry.
• Ability to analyze district performance metrics and drive growth strategies.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders and teams to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Store Leaders, align district with company vision and objectives.
• Monitor sales and performance across stores; coach for improvement and growth.
• Oversee district operations, inventory, cash handling, scheduling and compliance.
• Coach and develop Store Leaders; mentor teams and retain top talent.
• Recruit and interview to build future-ready district teams.
• Be the connector and drive cross-functional alignment across departments.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement across the district.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and in customer service.
