Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking a dynamic Retail District Manager to lead and develop a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers. You will supervise in-store work, drive sales execution, and maintain strong client relationships across assigned territories.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, project management, and ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering high-quality results for clients and customers.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree preferred for advancement.
• Some college with 2+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service or reset responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and management to the Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team in your geographic area.
• Understand and improve selling effectiveness in assigned territories.
• Attend meetings, handle administrative tasks, recruit, hire, coach, and manage HR documentation.
• Manage assigned work to completion with on-time, high-quality results.
• Assign work, monitor progress, audit work, resolve personnel issues, and ensure resources.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and communicate priorities.
• Ensure policy compliance and proper use of equipment and expense reporting.
• Communicate territory responsibilities and use technology to track coverage analyses.
