Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead the performance of restaurant management teams within the district. You will ensure each team meets responsibilities, standards, and expectations across all areas of their job descriptions.

Travel to assigned store locations 4-5 days per week while coaching GMs/GMITs, driving guest satisfaction, and aligning with company policies and financial plans. Competitive salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of restaurant experience required.
• 3–5 years in management (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure District teams are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate each restaurant's QSC standards and coach for improvement.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Restaurant Manager and ensure timely follow-up.
