Walgreens Co. is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Leader to supervise retail pharmacy operations across a district.

You will drive profitability, ensure patient-centered care, and maintain compliance with laws, regulations, agreements and company policies while guiding Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, and technicians. You will review district financials, develop improvement plans, mentor talent, oversee scheduling and payroll, and partner with district and regional leaders to advance quality

Formación

• BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited educational institution.
• 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the assigned geography or willing to obtain state licensure within 6 months of start date.
• Willing to obtain Immunization Certification within 6 months of hire date.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willing to travel up to/at least 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Responsabilidades

• Supervises retail pharmacy operations within the district.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations and company policies while delivering patient-centered care.
• Drives pharmacy profitability and cost management, including payroll and expenses.
• Directly supervises Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacy Schedulers and staff.
• Reviews district KPIs and develops action plans with leadership for improvement.
• Manages recruitment, development and performance of pharmacy staff.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll management and cost control.
• Supports talent acquisition with local schools and professional organizations.

Educación

BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree

Current pharmacist licensure in assigned geography

Immunization Certification within 6 months

Valid driver's license

Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
