Walgreens is seeking a District Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee retail pharmacy operations across a designated district. The role focuses on patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and driving profitability and growth through data-driven action plans.

The position directly supervises Pharmacy Managers and staff, leads talent acquisition and development, and ensures consistency of clinical quality and customer experience across all stores within the geography.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the assigned geography, or willing and able to obtain state licensure within 6 months of position start date.
• Willing to obtain Immunization Certification within 6 months of hire date.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willing to travel up to/at least 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Responsabilités

• Supervise pharmacy operations within the district and drive patient-centered care.
• Review data and create action plans to improve quality and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, development and performance of Pharmacy Managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and employment regulations across the district.
• Manage payroll, scheduling and cost controls for pharmacies in the district.

BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
