Walgreens Co. is seeking a proven retail pharmacy leader to supervise operations within the assigned district, ensuring compliance with laws, company policies, and delivering patient-centered care.
This role drives profitability and growth through strategic action and performance management. You will directly supervise Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacists, technicians and the Pharmacy Scheduler, lead recruitment and development, and partner with regional leaders to advance quality and safety across
Formación
- BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited school.
- 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the assigned geography, or willing and able to obtain state licensure within 6 months of position start date.
- Willing to obtain Immunization Certification within 6 months of hire date.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
- Willing to travel up to/at least 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Responsabilidades
- Supervise pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, agreements and company policies.
- Directly supervise Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacists and technicians and the Pharmacy Scheduler.
- Review district financials, KPIs and develop improvement plans; drive profitability and patient care quality.
- Oversee talent acquisition and development for pharmacy staff and lead recruitment strategies.
- Partner with regional leaders to advance quality, safety and performance across stores.
