Job summary

You will directly supervise Pharmacy Managers and staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and cost controls, and partner with senior leadership to develop improvement plans and talent strategies for the district.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in the states within the assigned geography or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution (BS in Pharmacy or PharmD).
• Experience managing retail pharmacy operations and teams.
