Walgreens Co. is seeking a District Pharmacy Supervisor responsible for supervising retail pharmacy operations within an assigned district.
You will ensure compliance with laws, policies, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care while driving profitability and cost control across multiple stores. You will oversee Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, and technicians, lead recruitment and development, and partner with senior leadership to implement initiatives that improve clinical quality
Competenze
- BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited institution.
- 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience.
- Current pharmacist licensure in applicable states, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
- Willing to obtain Immunization Certification within 6 months.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

- Supervise district pharmacy operations and drive patient-focused care.
- Review and improve quality and compliance across pharmacies in scope.
- Provide leadership to Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, and technicians.
- Monitor district financials and KPIs to drive profitability and cost control.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and develop pharmacy managers.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with corporate policies and laws.
