Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in states within the assigned geography, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Willing to obtain Immunization Certification within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy operations within the assigned district, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and patient care standards.
• Review district KPIs and develop action plans with Pharmacy Managers for quality improvement.
• Lead recruitment, development, retention and performance of Pharmacy Managers, staff pharmacists, technicians and schedulers.
• Manage payroll and cost, scheduling, and recruitment initiatives to optimize district performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive pharmacy profitability and patient experience across stores.
