Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational management in fast casual restaurants.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train across operations, marketing, and store financials.
• Understanding of P&L, COGS, labor, and scheduling.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proven track record of developing managerial staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to store managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partner with GMs to improve sales and profitability.
• Use reports to identify opportunities and drive standards.
• Coach and train management teams for operational excellence.
• Maintain staffing levels and participate in hiring processes.
• Ensure OSHA and health and safety compliance.
• Resolve repairs and maintenance issues and communicate trends.
