Job summary

Baskin-Robbins, a franchisee of Dunkin', is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple stores in the Chicago metro area. You will partner with General Managers to drive sales, manage staffing, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching store teams, controlling costs, ensuring OSHA and health code compliance, and implementing process improvements. Extensive travel is required to support stores and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in the fast casual restaurant industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong time management/problem solving skills.
• Ability to become trained across operations, marketing, store financials.
• Financial or math skills are required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to positively influence others.
• Track record of selecting, coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and customer/employee satisfaction.
• Solid understanding of P&L statements, cost of goods, labor and scheduling.
• Computer literate and familiar with restaurant management software (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for each store manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Leads General Manager to deliver restaurant controllable profit and flow-thru goals.
• Uses reports to identify opportunities and maintain top-line focus.
• Partners with GMs to grow sales and outperform previous year.
• Coaches and trains store management teams and monitors training processes.
• Maintains staffing levels and processes for store staffing.
• Ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes and policy compliance.
• Champions recognition and motivation across the market.
• Maintains a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Addresses repairs & maintenance issues and communicates root causes.
