You will coach store managers, manage staffing, ensure OSHA and safety compliance, and use reports to identify opportunities. Travel is frequent to support the market.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in the fast casual restaurant industry.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills are required.
• Must be able to become trained across a wide spectrum of competencies (operations, marketing, store financials).
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in coaching and developing managerial employees.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for each store manager in the market to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Leads the way by working with each General Manager to deliver restaurant controllable profit and meet targeted flow-thru goals in each restaurant.
• Utilizes available reports to identify opportunities, encourages a top-line orientation through operational focus, and ensures that correct operational procedures are followed.
• Partners with each GM to continuously grow sales and increase sales over the previous year.
• Accountable for coaching and training store management teams to maximize operational excellence and training processes.
• Maintains full management staffing for each restaurant and supports staff selection programs and processes.
