Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager to lead a national field team, manage accounts, and grow revenue within a defined district. You will source, vet, and manage a provider and technician network, perform regular site visits, and coordinate with Regional Manager to win new business while maintaining service quality.

The role requires extensive on-site activity, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to respond quickly to escalations and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, or relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• CRM experience and tech-savvy for field workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate accounts within a district in coordination with Regional Manager.
• Visit customers for maintenance contracts, audits and upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider/technician base to ensure quality delivery.
• Meet KPIs and drive revenue growth while controlling costs.
