Job summary

Rharecruiters is seeking a District Operations Manager to direct Columbus district operations, including service, installation, and project management. This role partners with the VP of Operations to align district activities with company goals and foster accountability, excellence, and top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in service/operations settings.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct district-wide service, installation, project management, and administrative activities.
• Guide leaders to set priorities, allocate resources, and meet performance objectives.
• Review staffing, labor utilization, and productivity to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and district staff to coordinate workloads and commitments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and timely documentation for invoicing and reporting.
