Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day district operations, enforce policies, and manage billable resources. You will coordinate material and personnel use, drive safety initiatives, and resolve quality concerns with customers and vendors.

Strong ERP experience and leadership are required, with travel up to 50%. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma and a Bachelor's in Management (or related field) with 5+ years in the industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of industry related experience.
• Experience with ERP, MS Dynamics AX preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the District and enforces policies.
• Plans use of billable materials and personnel.
• Maintains safe, secure, healthy environment per standards and regulations.
• Investigates safety incidents and drives corrective actions.
• Resolves customer quality concerns and logs Non-Conformance Reports.
• Vets and approves suppliers; coordinates vendor relations.
• Liaises between customer, vendors and internal groups to resolve conflicts.
• Reviews work records for costing and pricing clarity.
• Coordinates material and equipment purchases/orders.
• Oversees technician activities, development, and evaluations.
• Monitors training and field evaluations of technicians.
• Optimizes crew mix and utilization to maximize profitability.
• Manages District fleet and fuel expenditures.
• Schedules technicians in Team Apps; verifies hours and expenses.
• Prepares quotations and prices completed job packages.
• Manages purchasing activity and inventory; supports quarterly counts.
