Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day district operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance. You will coordinate materials, manage vendors, and lead technician performance and development.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP experience, and a track record of managing complex field operations with emphasis on cost control and quality. On-site position with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Management or industry related field preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of industry related experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Travel requirement: up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan day-to-day district operations, including scheduling and personnel oversight.
• Coordinate material and equipment purchases to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee vendor qualification, approval, and cost management.
• Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives as a district leader.
• Coach and develop technicians; manage evaluations and merit adjustments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and cost accounting for work orders.
