Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager in Columbus to lead district operations, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will manage staffing, plan responsibilities, and implement company programs to meet branch objectives.

The role requires 5–7 years in a management position, strong financial acumen, and a customer-focused mindset. Travel and on-call duties are expected; a valid license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Background in pest control industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.
• Valid driver’s license/clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates as well as monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to operations and service management for smooth branch flow.
• Drive implementation of programs and initiatives by motivating the district management team.
• Review districts’ environments and KPIs to identify problems and coach teams to goals.
• Provide supporting and auditing oversight with operations, sales, and office leadership.
