Job summary

JMJ PHILLIP seeks an experienced District Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple locations in Columbus. You will drive performance, build strong teams, and ensure consistent execution of policies to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences.

You will monitor sales, profitability, and expenses, develop district-wide strategies, recruit and develop talent, and partner with senior leadership on initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• Several years of progressive leadership and multi-site management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance and operations of multiple locations within the district.
• Ensure consistent execution of policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop location managers and their teams.
• Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Assist with recruiting, training, succession planning, and talent development.
• Monitor sales, profitability, expenses, and other KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve district goals and improve financial performance.
• Manage resources effectively and support budgetary objectives.
• Promote a strong customer-focused culture across all locations.
• Address operational or service-related concerns and implement solutions.
• Ensure teams deliver a positive customer experience.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement district-wide strategies.
• Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement throughout the district.
