Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Tax knowledge is a plus and beneficial for the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-unit retail locations within the district to optimize operations, revenue, and profitability.
• Lead recruiting efforts and guide seasonal staff through hiring and training processes.
• Monitor performance, ensure quality standards, address issues with HR and training teams.
• Ensure locations meet company standards for setup, technology, and facilities management.
• Drive client retention, new business, and positive brand awareness across locations.
• Resolve client questions or complaints and guide staff through policy applications.
• Monitor financials including GL, P&L, and productivity reports to meet district goals.
