Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a people-focused leader and operations expert to manage 4–6 DashMart sites. You will recruit and coach a large team, own daily onsite operations, and drive efficiency and profitability. You will work cross-functionally to implement best practices and deliver a superior customer experience across orders.

You will lead change management, empower frontline teams, and balance rapid growth with a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Led & managed teams of 15+ employees across multiple locations.
• Willingness to work onsite across 4–6 DashMart locations and commute as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead: recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team (4+ direct reports) and manage 30+ indirect reports.
• Own: oversee day-to-day operations onsite across multiple DashMart locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability.
• Strategize: drive process improvements and cross-functional pilots to improve operational metrics.
• Change Management: lead adoption of best practices and activate frontline engagement.
• Delight customers: collaborate with central teams to optimize the customer experience on every order.
