Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a people-focused leader and operations expert to oversee daily operations across 4–6 DashMart locations. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team, ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability while driving continuous improvement.

You will own and scale the site culture, manage 24/7 operations, and collaborate with central teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Strong data skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ employees and/or multi-locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead: recruit, coach & retain a high-performing team of Site Managers (4+ direct reports) and Operations staff (30+ indirect reports).
• Own: manage day-to-day operations onsite for 4–6 DashMart locations with focus on safety, efficiency, and profitability.
• Strategize: drive process improvements and pilots with cross-functional partners to raise operational efficiency.
• Change Management: lead culture and adoption of best practices, energize frontline teams, inform cross-functional decisions.
• Delight customers: ensure best-in-class experiences on every order and provide teams with tools and support.
