Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group seeks a District Manager to lead field operations across an assigned district, coordinating with the National Field Team and National Account Management to protect existing contracts and drive growth.

The role emphasizes on-site inspections, vendor and technician management, KPI achievement, and budget oversight, with heavy travel and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to travel 90% on-site for audits and visits.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and providers.
• Ability to manage budgets and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Manager and National Accounts to establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district.
• Visit corporate customers to support maintenance contracts and perform site audits.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality delivery.
• Respond with urgency to escalations and customer requests.
• Manage time to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
