Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations, drive sales growth, and uphold brand standards. You will coach Store Managers, optimize operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety codes across the market.

The role requires deep leadership capabilities, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to develop and motivate management teams in a fast casual environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful operational management experience in the fast casual restaurant industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to be trained across a wide spectrum of competencies (operations, marketing, store financials).
• Financial or math skills are required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record of selecting, coaching, and developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance, customer and employee satisfaction.
• Understanding of P&L statements, cost of goods, labor and scheduling.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with restaurant management software (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for each store manager in the market to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead General Managers to achieve controllable profit and flow-thru goals in each restaurant.
• Use reports to identify opportunities and maintain operational standards.
• Partner with GMs to grow sales and outperform previous years.
• Coach and train store management teams and monitor training quality.
• Develop staffing levels and maintain full management staffing across restaurants.
• Ensure OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies are followed.
• Motivate and recognize team performance across the market.
• Resolve repairs and maintenance issues and communicate trends and actions.
