Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a District Operations Manager to strengthen leadership, profitability, and execution across a group of high-volume service locations in Framingham, MA. You will coach location managers, analyze performance data, and build operating plans that improve results while preserving the customer experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to travel regularly between locations, and a track record of managing multi-unit operations with P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit management experience across locations.
• Experience holding location leaders accountable for measurable results.
• Strong financial and operational understanding, including P&L and labor management.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong follow-through.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of business performance across multiple customer-facing locations.
• Coach location managers on sales, staffing, labor, service, profitability, and team performance.
• Identify performance trends and determine why locations succeed or underperform.
• Build operating plans to improve execution without sacrificing customer experience.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong location leaders.
• Communicate field results, risks, staffing issues, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
