Qualifications

• Progressive operations leadership across multiple locations.
• Experience leading Store/General Managers or similar leaders.
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor, and operating expenses.
• Ability to analyze performance and diagnose issues.
• Effective coaching and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel across the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales, profitability, staffing, customer experience, and operational performance of multiple locations.
• Spend most of the week visiting stores, coaching managers, and resolving performance issues.
• Review P&L results, labor, productivity, sales trends, expenses, and customer-service metrics.
• Develop Store Managers and build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Create action plans for underperforming locations with clear follow-through.
• Maintain standards around safety, staffing, inventory, store readiness, and procedures.
