Job summary

NW Recruiting Partners client seeks a District Manager to lead three branch operations with full P&L and ~10M in annual revenue. You will drive service revenue growth, improve margins, and elevate customer satisfaction while building a high-performing field service team.

You will oversee installations, maintenance, upgrades, and technical support, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to execute territory strategy and manage resources and inventory across locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site operations with P&L.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.
• Proven track record in building high-performance teams.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management.
• Experience with sales strategy and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee three branch operations with full P&L responsibility and ~$10M annual revenue.
• Drive service revenue growth, margin performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop, coach, and retain a field service organization with up to 15 direct reports.
• Oversee service delivery including installations, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and technical support.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Set and execute operating strategies to meet or exceed financial and operational metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align territory strategy.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, budgets, and inventory across locations.
• Increase employee engagement, performance, and retention through strong leadership.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational and customer issues.
