EquipmentShare in Framingham, MA is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead the sales team across multiple locations and accelerate growth in the rental market.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor performance, and drive revenue while ensuring safety and customer service excellence. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train and develop team members; conduct reviews and evaluations.
• Ensure maximum sales performance at multiple locations.
• Conduct monthly reviews with sales reps to understand territory and trends; identify improvements.
• Monitor sales metrics such as fleet utilization, territory coverage, new accounts, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate information clearly to keep the team informed and provide action items to improve issues.
• Set measurable goals with clear expectations for sales staff.
• Support field activities at job sites, including remote and on-site involvement.
• Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and regulations.
• District and regional travel required.
