Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in New York. Over a 44-week intensive training period, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience to oversee multiple ALDI stores and serve as a district manager.

You will work with store managers to drive sales, enhance customer service, and build a positive working environment while advancing toward district leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication with direct reports.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies.
• Willingness to travel daily within the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store management team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select, and staff stores within the district.
• Coach and train personnel using company materials.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Plan district operations meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with store managers to address escalated issues.
