Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain comprehensive knowledge to oversee multiple ALDI stores and work with store managers to ensure exceptional customer service, a positive working environment, and sales growth.

The position covers the Saxonburg Division serving Western Pennsylvania, Southern New York, Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop rapport and manage store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities to store management and leads management personnel.
• Leads and develops the store manager team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Fosters positive working environment and teamwork among direct and personnel reports.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees staffing within the district and recruitment of personnel reports.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and safety standards.
• Plans district weekly operations calls and training sessions.
