ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week intensive training period you will gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager.

You will work with store managers to ensure customer service excellence, a positive employee environment, and strong sales growth. This opportunity includes comprehensive training and clear career advancement paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is required.
• Ability to develop rapport and communicate effectively with teams.
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ability to apply ALDI policies and procedures in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select and staff locations within the district.
• Train and develop reports to maximize professional potential.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and regulations.
• Oversee district weekly operations calls and trainings.
• Monitor KPI performance and implement district action plans.
