Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over 44 weeks of intensive training, you will gain hands-on experience overseeing multiple ALDI stores as a district manager, driving sales, operations, and customer service excellence.

You will work with store managers, build a positive working environment, and learn to execute company strategies while progressing toward district leadership roles within ALDI’s expansive U.S. network.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication that enhances team performance.
• Ability to facilitate group involvement during meetings.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store management to improve sales and customer service.
• Oversees staffing and scheduling across district locations to ensure adequate coverage.
• Trains direct reports to maximize professional potential using company materials.
• Collaborates with store managers to resolve escalated employee and customer issues.
