Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores.

You will work with store managers to ensure customer service excellence, foster a positive employee environment, drive operations, and accelerate sales growth. This role covers areas within the Haines City Division serving Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select, and staff district locations to ensure proper staffing.
• Coach and mentor personnel to maximize their potential and performance.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations across the district.
