Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC is seeking a District Manager for the Trench Division - Southwest. The role focuses on leading and developing Branch Managers and staff to deliver outstanding customer service while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include fleet management, expense control, service and maintenance oversight, and collaboration with District Sales Managers to set growth targets.

Formación

• Five plus years of Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of trench equipment and application preferred.
• Fluency in English required; second language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and develop Branch Managers and staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Monitor branch performance and seek opportunities to improve processes and profitability.
• Oversee proactive fleet management and expense monitoring to ensure strong financials.
• Involve in service, maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation and logistics, inventory management and P/L daily.
• Assist sales in expanding market share and maintaining client relationships.
