Job summary

Qualifications

7+ years outside sales and sales management experience in trench shoring or construction preferred.
A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Outside Sales Representatives to meet equipment rental, sales, and revenue goals.
Forecast and report monthly performance of the sales team.
Develop strategies to expand into new markets and respond to market trends.
Coordinate with Branch Managers and senior sales leadership to optimize territories and forecasts.
Drive profitable sales growth by offering customer-focused solutions and aligning activities with sales goals.
Promote Salesforce usage and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
