Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC in Baldwin Park, CA seeks a District Manager to lead and develop Branch Managers and staff while delivering exceptional customer service and profitability.

You will monitor performance, manage fleet and expenses, coordinate service and maintenance, and drive revenue growth by expanding market share and strengthening customer relationships across the District.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic with a sense of urgency.
• Exceptional sales and customer relation skills.
• Outside and/or inside sales experience preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and trench equipment preferred.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and rental/operations software.
• Fluent in English; second language a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to obtain CPT/CSE Trainer Certification.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally, 90 lbs rarely.

Responsabilités

• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports to monitor region and branch performance and develop corrective actions.
• Monitor fleet performance and review equipment requisitions.
• Prepare yearly business plan forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and growth.
• Collaborate with District Sales Managers to set goals and development plans for sales staff.
• Identify growth opportunities in markets and aligned with company initiatives.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers across the District.
• Manage overtime and staffing with Branch Managers.
• Perform other duties as needed.
