Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. in Atlanta/Gainesville, GA, is seeking a Branch Manager for the Trench Division to lead sales and operations in the local market. You will direct staff, develop strategies, and drive growth while upholding Sunstate’s safety and service standards.

The role requires 3-5 years of sales and leadership experience, trench shoring familiarity, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and leadership experience.
• Trench Shoring experience strongly preferred; construction experience required.
• Must be able to communicate in English; another language is a plus.
• Good communication skills for clear customer and team interactions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Negotiation skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, lead, and empower employees.
• Conduct monthly branch and safety meetings.
• Actively selling and managing the sales team.
• Maintain standards for branch and equipment fleet.
• Prepare yearly business plans with management teams.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and delivery fleet standards.
• Monitor safety and environmental compliance and records.
• Oversee all branch operations including service, maintenance, logistics, and payroll-related items.
