Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee program, a 44-week training to prepare you to oversee multiple stores. You will work with store managers to drive service, sales, and operational excellence.

This full-time role covers the Frederick division area (SE Pennsylvania & Delaware). Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus, and increases to $110,000; $120,000; $130,000 in following years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in supervising store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management to achieve sales and KPIs.
• Recruit, promote, and staff locations within the district.
• Coach and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Plan district weekly operations calls and trainings.
• Oversee expense, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain positive working environment and teamwork.
• Travel domestically daily with a company car provided.
