ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for our District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in Frederick, MD. Over a 44-week training period you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple ALDI stores.

You will work with store managers to drive customer service, employee engagement, operational excellence and sales growth. The program includes competitive compensation, plus a signing bonus and staged salary increases.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
