Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Coach store managers on operations and staffing to achieve high performance.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and talent development within the district.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and conduct district weekly operations calls and monthly reviews.
