ALDI USA is seeking highly motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over 44 weeks you'll gain hands-on experience overseeing multiple stores and developing leadership skills to drive sales and store performance.

The program covers Western Pennsylvania including Saxonburg, with a starting salary of $95,000, a $5,000 signing bonus, and clear annual increases to $110k, $120k and $130k as you progress through the district leadership track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of human resources policies and compliance.
• Ability to analyze financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the store management team to drive sales and high performance.
• Ensure a positive working environment and teamwork across direct reports.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Recruit, select and staff district locations for appropriate staffing.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize potential and performance.
• Oversee compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
