ALDI is seeking a District Manager Trainee to complete a 44-week program and prepare to oversee multiple stores across the Frederick division, including Washington, D.C. You will work with store managers to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales growth, and foster a positive, high-performing team environment.

The role requires strong leadership and operational skills, with travel across districts and a path toward executive responsibility, backed by comprehensive training and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication with direct reports.
• Ability to interpret and apply operating policies and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of financial performance and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to store management and leads store management teams.
• Develops and supervises the assigned store manager team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Supports staff in maintaining a positive working environment and teamwork.
• Implements action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees staffing decisions and development of personnel within the district.
• Ensures safety, policy compliance, and adherence to procedures across stores.
