Job summary

ALDI USA is launching a District Manager Trainee program in the United States. Over a 44‑week intensive training period, you’ll gain hands‑on experience to oversee multiple stores and drive sales growth.

You’ll work with store managers to elevate customer service, employee engagement, and operational excellence across the South Windsor division serving New York City area. The role includes a starting salary of $105,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and scheduled increases to $120k, $130k, and

Qualifications

• Ability to develop rapport and trust with direct reports.

Responsibilities
