ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over 44 weeks, you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple ALDI stores and drive sales growth.

You will work with store managers to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive work environment. The role covers the Jefferson Division serving Georgia, Western North Carolina and Northwest South Carolina, with a starting salary of $95,000 and a $5,000 signing bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive results.
• Comfort with coordinating across multiple stores and districts.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate responsibilities and expectations to store management and lead the district team.
• Develop, supervise, and coach store managers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive working environment and teamwork across locations.
• Create and execute action plans to improve operating results.
• Recruit, select, and staff locations within the district.
