Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over 44 weeks of intensive training, you’ll prepare to oversee multiple ALDI stores, driving customer service, employee engagement, and sales growth within Central Arkansas & Jonesboro markets.

The role covers O’Fallon division with coverage in Arkansas; starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and annual increases to $110k, $120k, and $130k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and readiness to lead multiple stores.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities are required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop district store managers to drive sales and service.
• Oversee staffing, training, and succession planning across stores within the district.
• Collaborate with managers to implement action plans and improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while managing risk.
• Communicate district strategy and performance expectations to the team.
