Over a 44-week period you gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple stores, working with store managers to ensure exceptional service, employee development, and operational excellence in a rapidly expanding U.S.

Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to store management to ensure desired results; leads and develops store management personnel.
• Leads and supervises the assigned store manager team to develop sales and achieve high performance.
• Supports management in fostering a positive working environment and teamwork.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Recruits, selects, and assigns personnel within the district to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Trains and develops staff to reach their maximum potential.
