Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a District Manager Trainee (DMT) for a 44-week intensive program designed to prepare you to manage multiple ALDI stores within the Jefferson Division serving Georgia, Western North Carolina, and Northwest South Carolina.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and planned increases to $110,000 in Year 2, $120,000 in Year 3, and $130,000 in Year 4. This role requires daily domestic travel and a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate expectations and lead store management.
• Strong leadership to drive sales and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management teams to drive sales and customer service.
• Recruit, select and staff districts across locations.
• Develop action plans to improve operating results and compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training to maximize performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate district weekly operations and monthly performance reviews.
