ALDI is seeking motivated individuals to join our District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44‑week training period you will gain hands‑on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores within the Saxonburg Division serving Indiana, Johnstown, Clarion, Dubois, Clearfield, and Altoona.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus, plus raises to $110,000, $120,000 and $130,000 in Years 2–4.

• Plans district operations and meetings to hit KPI targets.
