Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program, a 44-week intensive training that prepares you to oversee multiple ALDI stores. You will work with store managers to ensure exceptional service, foster a positive working environment, drive operational excellence, and accelerate sales growth.

The role covers Mt. Juliet Division serving Greater Knoxville, TN, with a starting salary of $95,000 and a signing bonus of $5,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is required.
• Experience leading store personnel and developing teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicates objectives to store management to drive results and develop leadership.
• Leads and develops store management teams to grow sales and engagement.
• Supports positive working environment and teamwork among staff.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operations and staffing.
• Recruits, selects, and trains personnel to ensure adequate staffing.
• Trains direct reports to maximize professional potential and provide coaching.
